The Carlsbad museum features permanent displays focusing on local and regional history, Native American art and artifacts, and modern, contemporary and Southwestern art, including the exceptional McAdoo Collection of “Taos Ten” paintings. The museum is located in the Halagueno Arts Park, with several sculptures by Glenna Goodacre, fountains and two stages.
